As we study the technology/processes we understand that it is the algorithms that determine search result relevancy/rankings so MS citing this is human error is possibly more concerning (intervention?)?

Just a FYI – I gave my daughter a small inexpensive drone for Xmas and the iPhone app tried to scan my network and connect to the Internet. I quickly deleted the app and my daughter uses the drone without cell phone control.
